DustMail - Privacy Policy

Last Updated: March 29, 2026

This Privacy Policy describes how DustMail ("DustMail," "we," "our," or "us"), a free temporary email service provided by JIVILO TECHNOLOGIES, collects, uses, and protects information when you use our website and mobile applications (collectively, the "Service").

DustMail is committed to protecting your privacy. We only collect and use information lawfully in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) (Regulation (EU) 2016/679) and other applicable data protection laws.

Our Commitment to Privacy

Traditional email services store your information for years, making it vulnerable to hacking, data breaches, or loss due to service failures. DustMail provides you with a temporary, disposable email address that protects your real inbox from spam, unwanted communications, and the risk of personal information exposure.

Your temporary email address is completely anonymous. Your personal details, the contacts you communicate with, and your email address are protected and kept fully confidential.

DustMail does not store your IP address. This means you are reliably protected from unauthorized actions that could endanger your information or compromise your privacy. All emails and data temporarily stored on our Service are permanently deleted after the expiration period. You can delete your temporary email address at any time using the "Delete" button.

Your privacy is our highest priority. We are committed to providing full protection of your data. Access to your temporary mailbox is available only to you and only for the lifetime of the temporary email address.

  • Scan a QR code to open the same mailbox in another web browser

Please note: DustMail does not store email messages for more than 2 hours. All messages are automatically and permanently deleted after this period.
